Our wine cellar
On the right bank of Bordeaux, next to St Emilion. We make sure that the storage conditions are optimal :
- Temperatures are controlled (13°c)
- Moisture content = Hygrometry is also controlled (80%)
- A professionnal air conditionning system is installed in the cellar
- We make sure not to expose our wines to an important brightness so as not to disturb their aging process.
